Activities linked with 13th November

13th November is a special day for the Augustinians around the world for two main reasons. Firstly, it is the day when St. Augustine was born in 354 AD and above all, is the day dedicated to the promotion of Augustinian vocations. The Maltese province also commemorated the launching of its website in 2003 by updating and increasing various pages and articles. Apart from that, during the month of November, the Province continued to promote itself and its role in Maltese society. Once again it stated that God is still calling youths to follow in St. Augustine’s footsteps.

In the evening of the 13th November 2008, as in previous years, the Maltese Augustinian Province together with the active and contemplative nuns, met in St. Catherine’s Monastery, Valletta, for moments of prayer and to celebrate this special day.
